Altria Covid Challenger Award
2 Time GM Worldwide Supplier of the Year
The GM Supplier of the Year program began in 1992. Award-winners are selected by a global team of executives from purchasing, engineering, manufacturing and logistics who base their decisions on total supplier performance in the areas of Quality, Service, Technology and Price.
Choctaw-Kaul Distribution Company received the most prestigious award offered to top Global Suppliers and was named GM’s Worldwide Supplier of the Year in 2002 and 2003.
“To be selected as Suppliers of the Year winners, companies had to consistently deliver world-class quality and service, as well as technological innovations at competitive prices” said Bo Anderson, Vice President of Worldwide Purchasing, Production Control & Logistics for GM.
“This year marks the most Supplier of the Year minority winners to date, demonstrating the strategic capabilities of minority companies are significant, and that their involvement in GM’s business and the automotive industry continues to grow” Anderson added.
